If you are going for just a light kind of lip gloss with a cute flavour, buy strawberry lip smackers. But if you want it to be more of a heavy make up with no flavour, buy mac. It all kind of depends on your age and style. I like lip smackers just because of the flavour:)
aww... i remember vanilla frosting when i was a kid. They still make it? Get that one. I would get all of them. i'm addicted to lip gloss i can't help it ;P.

These may not be in the brands you like, but I love Victoria's Secret lipglosses. They look so good on me, and they have tons of different colors. Right now I am using the I Love Candy lipgloss from VS. Its a nice sheer one with a tiny pink tinge. And it only cost like $7.50!!!!Lip gloss!?

NOTHING better then these lip glosses! They stay on forever and they have amazing spunky colors. The tubes of lip gloss also have a lot in them. I use the same tube every day and I have had it for about a month. There is still quite a bit in there too. I have three different colors including a pink, light rose, and bronze. They all look really good.

pastel colours are definately not for u. avoid bright and loud colours. any metallic shades (like copper sheen etc) would look fab on dark skin tones. i think browns and oranges would work well for u.also try if light pink works for you. go in for shimmery wet look lip gloss as opposed 2 a normal one.avoid using a lip liner which is darker than ur lip colour.


also try using metallic shades in ur basic make up i.e blush and especially eye shadow. metallic colours include shades of copper, bronze, gold silver etc. u can also find a wide range of colours like brown, orange, etc in a mettalic base. give ur make up a final touch with a silver eyeliner ( for d party look) and u r ready 2 rock.

If you're looking for 'inexpensive' try Wet'n wild Mega Slicks pink sinless. It's one of their lightest shades, there's 2 good pink colors only (in my opinion). They are not sticky, they don't taste bad and they're like under $3! Walgreens sells them for $1.99. I love the higher end stuff too, but for some reason with this pink shade from Wet'n wild, everyone gives me compliments!! - go figure =)Lip gloss.... hmm?

Buy lip balm instead, it's basically the same price as lip gloss, but its made from natural ingredients. Most lip glosses are made from pig fat and fish scales to make it shiny. Thought I'd let you know :)

Victoria secret has got some great lip gloss. Right now they have this lip conditioner...it's awsome.($7.00) But my favorite is this new one they they have from Victoria secret has this lip plumper. It's a little bit more then what you want to spend, but well worth it. It is $15.00. But is fricken rocks. It has got ';like'; collagen. it's not though, it's similar does the same stuff. You lips get kinda tingly on top of there is something in the lip gloss that brings that natural color of your lips out. And they plump up a your lips a little bit too. IT'S WONDERFUL!Lip gloss???
I really like Neutrogena MoistureShine Lip Smoother. It come in a few colors, smells good, has an SPF of 20, makes your lips really soft and it doesn't taste bad. Some really are nasty. I think it costs about $6. Good Luck and have fun!!

I'm going to give you a couple suggestions on the ones that I swear by to be the best lip glosses I've ever tried:





-Stilla Twist N'Turn...comes in great nudes and exotic brights, this twisting lip gloss is non-runny, and is instantly a great tool for a quickie moment. Also, it can turn yur lips from flab to fab in a matter of seconds.





-Chanel Classic Lip Tubes...classy and elegant, but yet sexy, this Chanel line of lip glosses are made with a rich and high quality formula that can withstand through a bite of an apple, or a make-out session ;)..plus, they're great for any use, casual or classic.

Any brand should be alright, just don't use shimmer. Lancome have some nice ones.
neutrogena makes a line of lip glosses (moisture shine) that are really light weight and come in great natural colors. they're awesome. if you want something less glossy, burts bees does tinted chapsticks.
Lancome Juicy...its a little pricy...about $20, but will last foever...try a nice mauve or natural pink to bring some colour to your lips
Try lipslicks by Cover Girl. It does not shimmer at all -- no lil' sparkles getting off your lip area. Lipslicks shades are fairly sheer, but it does give a nice hint of color and a nice gloss. I will say I am partial to Cover Girl make-up; I am sure there are a lot of different lip glosses for you to try.
Maybelline is the best that works for me, and yes I also hate when the lip gloss gets all over your face. There's not much you can do about that, just about all lip gloss does that, so all you can really do is try to carry around something that will get it off, and then just go to the bathroom every once and awhile and check out your face, and take whatever you have and get it off, or you could use some makeup and cover up the sparkles if you really don't like them.

MAC has good lip gloss. Its pretty thick so it doesnt run or anything like that. They run from about $11 and up.
