not sure, mine was lip balm and it wasn't at all shiny! but it was long-lasting though!!=) plus it really did wonders for my chapped lips!Is nivea lip gloss good???
nope. i prefer mentholatum.
I heart Nivea Lip Balm.
It's really effective and long lasting.
I haven't tried it. But I do use some Nivea products. They are pretty good. I use Vaseline over my lipstick. It stays on much longer.
