Lip Gloss!!?

Ok i have mega chapped lips and i have tried all the medications and like non worked please tell me what your favs are!!Lip Gloss!!?
First of all, do NOT use lip gloss or lip medications.

You need to take a B Vitamin, or multi-vitamin with all the B's in it. Google ';chapped lips and B vitamin'; and you'll see the connection.

Also, switch to Tom's Natural toothpaste. You may have an allergic reaction to the stuff you're using now. Colgate was the worst for me.

I used to have severely chapped lips - red and cracked, oozing, so bad it hurt to smile. It all the pictures from my brother's wedding I was hardly smiling because it hurt so bad. But take the vitamin and you'll see a difference in 2 or 3 days!Lip Gloss!!?
buy some lip chap(try and get like a minty one i dont no y but it helps) and then buy a clear lip gloss to go over it and BAM!! there u go haha

u just need to wear more lip chap. and then those chappy lips will go away

o and dont worry its not that ur lips are to chapped for the medicated lotion for lips its just that they dont usually ever work on people
i use kiss my face or burts bees. anything organic or/and all natural.
You shouldn't be using a lip gloss if your lips are chapped. Lip gloss actually makes it worse because they are usually flavored or irritatingly heavy so you end up licking it off unknowingly and make your lips even more chapped. Get chapsticks ';All Natural';. It's in kind of a cream stick and you can find it at any target with the regular chapsticks, then you can put whatever lip gloss over it and still have the chapstick underneath thus eliminating your chapped lips!
before I apply lip gloss I put on some carmex lip balm, it really soothes dry lips, and it adds a cute light pink tint to your lips.
Burt's Bee's is awesome! My favorite chapstick.

If your lips are really chapped - use chapstick, not lip gloss.

Go with burt's bee's - it will really help.
i use aquafina lip gloss. you can really feel it working. my friends use it all the time too.
Carmex. You can get it in 3 forms. A squeeze tube gloss, in a pot, or the regular stick form.

It's probably the best stuff I've ever used and its been around for years and years...supposedly my grandma used to have some when she was younger! It'll even open up your nose if it's plugged up and clears up cold sores
HA.. This is something that's going to shock you!! lol jk

But i use vasolene (if that's how you spell it) I putmine on every morning and when igoto sleep, and i don't have chapped lips, and they are extremely soft!! But if you bit your lips when you get nervouse.. DON';T becasue it make them chapped!

I hope this helpped.. good luck!!

Lindsey
use bigelows.. from bath and body works.. i had always had rele bad chapped lips that always peeled.. when i started using bigelows it cleared up in about 2 days!! plus it tastes rele good
the only kind that helps me is blisdex the one in the tube the others don't work that well
What i love to do and always works is you take vasaline or petroliume jelly and take an old clean toothbreush and scrub a large amount of the vasaline in to your lips. like your brushing your lips

it leaves them tingily and takes the dead skin off
did you try lip balm there is different flavor dont put any lipstic until it become soft. ask someone to kiss you to make it soft
I used to have chapped lips all the time, now I never do.

Jordan Essentials Lip Tubes, best stuff EVER! I haven't had chapped lips in over three years! It's enriched with vitamin E, which works wonders on dry skin. There's only a fragrance, no taste, so you're not as likely to be licking your lips (which dries them out even more). It's made of beeswax, so it's protecting your lips from the elements, but no mineral oil or petrolatum, which is a by-product of the petroleum refining process....it's nasty stuff.

Avoid carmex or blistex, because all they really do is get your skin addicted to their ingredients, and never really help much. Burts' Bees would be comparable to the Jordan Essentials.

Different sizes %26amp; fragrances to choose from, too, and they ';gloss'; your lips a little, too. Small tubes in mint, peach mango %26amp; banana, a cube in unscented, and a REALLY large tube in Citrus or Unscented. I use the Citrus, it lasts me over a year!

You may also want to see if you can find a lip exfoliator, or try a soft bristled tooth brush, and very mild soap (like a baby tooth brush) and try to get some of the dry skin off before you put on your lip balm. Use the lip balm whenever your lips are feeling a bit dry, and especialy use it before bed. Use it UNDER any lip sticks or lip glosses. Be a label reader. If you're using something on your lips with mineral oil or petrolatum, you're not helping them.

And drink lots more water!
petroleum jelly (e.g. vaseline) works great! so does hydoquartizone cream and baby lotion/oil.
I just use medicated chapstick. And if I go out and wear makeup I just put a light gloss on over it.
try mentha lip shine from bath and body works. it works wonders and it looks and smells good too.

or bonnebell vitagloss in sheer kiwi. smells great and works great.

or burts bees. all natural and works really good.

hope i helped!
