Super Balm from Bee-Luscious. The one that is ';yellow'; acyually goes on clear. It is kinda glossy but not shiny. I think that is more of what you are looking for. Google Bee-Luscious.
well your not even looking for lip gloss, your talking about chap stick because there is lip gloss that is clear, but it is really shinny.
I think what you want is chap stick and you can get that at pretty much any drug store or department store. Its hydrating and its clear and not very shiny but still has a kind of shine to it if you get a certain brand.
